Cultural Arts Passport

Cultural Arts Passport-CAP (budget line 17703): The Cultural Arts Passport funding allows all students to experience a variety of arts and cultural events through expanded learning opportunities. This budget is allocated to schools based on enrollment and/or priority rankings and released for use by an approved plan. 

Prop 28 (budget line 11421): 20% of the budget can be used to support arts programming at the school site, purchase materials, equipment and textbooks; encourage arts partnerships, and to provide professional development and/or arts field trips, while 80% is reserved for LAUSD certificated or classified personnel who directly support arts education.
